What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in business for most of my life starting at a young age of 10. As a young entrepreneur picking up soda bottles and cans for recycling, to having several newspaper delivery routes as a child, I learned very quickly that hard work and dedication is fulfilling and being your own boss is the greatest way to provide the very best services and be in control of your own life.

We are licensed by the State of Florida headquartered in Hialeah, Florida. We have many tools and access to special databases that most PI’s do not have. We want to get you what you need and what you’re looking for. We have competitive hourly rates. However, all of the reports from background checks, locating assets, banking info, social media reports, etc., are at a flat fee and we ask you first before we spend the money on those reports if you want to go forward with them.
Missing Children and Persons cases are treated as extremely urgent. We find lost relatives and rush for missing children and runaway cases. Time is extremely crucial for these types of cases. Many times those cases lead to Human Trafficking. We are not a non-profit organization but we do provide and have provided for over 15 years dozens of pro-bono work for Missing Children and Adults, Runaways and Human Trafficking cases.

How does a private investigator track you?
A private investigator may conduct surveillance in different ways: From work, your home, the grocery store…
Physically by conducting “static non mobile” or mobile by walk or by vehicle.
“Technically by using GPS trackers, microphones, or recorders are absolutely illegal under the Electronic Surveillance Act”
How do you know if you’re being followed by a private investigator?
Well, this is simple. If the private investigator has some experience and this is his career, you will not know, and Law Enforcement will not tell you even if you call them. PI do not have to call Law Enforcement to let them know they will be conducting surveillance in a certain area but as a courtesy and some respect as well as a true professional calling Law Enforcement or going in person ahead has helped me on Dozens of cases. So neighborhoods that are very hard to be there non detected and calling or going to a Police Department is only one trick in our sleeves.
Can a private investigator get text messages?
Since a private investigator “cannot legally” obtain a subpoena, a lawyer or a warrant by law enforcement may be approved by a judge.
This is an option to acquire any cell phone records.
Can a private investigator track my phone?
Absolutely not unless it’s your minor child!
Can a PI tap my phone?
NO!
Can a PI pull phone records?
This depends on whose phone and if we have permission.
Can a private investigator listen to your conversations?
Yes, if they are not using any electronic devices from long distance. Also, most PI will delete or record without any sound before giving the footage to the client. This will prevent any issues that can be on the grey area line of right and wrong.
If they aren’t part of the conversation and don’t have the proper permission to record, they can only take notes about what they hear. Depending on the location of the conversation, they may be able to take photos of the people talking it has to be in public places where the person is responsible for their own privacy. If you want to tell someone a secret, don’t say it where anyone can hear it.
